A winning lottery ticket worth $570,000 was sold at the Circle K on McMullen Highway in Bel Air, according to Maryland Lottery representatives on Friday. The ticket was for the Multi-Match game drawn on Thursday, and the fortunate winner can decide between receiving the annuity in 25 equal payments or opting for an estimated cash payout of $320,000 before taxes.
The winning numbers for the draw were 3, 6, 16, 25, 37, and 39. Circle K will be awarded a $1,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket. Lottery officials have advised the jackpot winner to sign the back of the ticket and store it securely. The winner has a 182-day window from the date of the drawing to claim their prize.
This marks the third Maryland Multi-Match jackpot win of 2023. The jackpot was claimed six times in 2022 and five times in 2021. The most recent win occurred on March 16, with a jackpot of $680,000.
Multi-Match, launched in 2006, is Maryland's in-state jackpot game. For each $2 Multi-Match ticket, players receive three lines of six numbers ranging from 1 to 43. The Lottery draws six numbers from 1 to 43 every Monday and Thursday night.
